Harbin Institute of Technology Media (Liu Peixiang/Text Xin Ran/Photo) On September 26, the signing ceremony of the Harbin Institute of Technology-China Urban Planning and Design Institute (hereinafter referred to as "China Institute of Urban Planning and Design") strategic cooperation agreement was held in Conference Room 404 of the Civil Engineering Building. Wang Kai, President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the China Institute of Science and Technology, and Liu Ting, Vice President of our school, attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches.
Wang Kai said that over the years, the China Institute of Planning and Design and Harbin Institute of Technology have carried out a series of cooperative research in planning and design, scientific research topics, industry standards, etc., and have a good foundation for cooperation. It is hoped that both parties will take this signing as an opportunity to continue to leverage their respective advantages and further deepen cooperation in areas such as joint talent training, teacher-student teaching practice, and major project research. By complementing each other's strengths, gathering strength, and working together, we can jointly contribute to my country's urban planning and construction. Contribute wisdom and strength to high-quality development and improvement of urban and rural living environment.
Liu Ting said that Harbin Institute of Technology and China Institute of Science and Technology have achieved good results in joint scientific research and talent training. It is hoped that both schools and enterprises will further deepen cooperation, focus on national strategic needs, promote all-round and multi-level in-depth integration of industry, academia, research and application, establish a long-term and stable collaborative innovation cooperation mechanism, and achieve cooperation and mutual success in promoting high-quality training of talents and high-quality development of the industry. On the afternoon of the 26th, the "Future Livable Picture" China Institute of Planning and Design-Harbin Institute of Technology High-Quality Development Forum on Human Settlements was held on campus.
